Custom Gearboxes

Custom Housing & Output

A standard PSC gearbox was supplied with a custom housing with an integrated shrink disk connection at the output. It replaced several different direct drive motors by changing the output shrink disk assembly.

Improved Performance

A machine builder need a replacement gearbox for a deburring chuck system. Our engineers redesigned the whole mechanism, incorporating a PSC gearbox in a custom housing, reducing complexity and cutting machine assembly time by 87%.

GPR with right angle input

We offer the GPL gearbox with a right angle bevel input (called “GPR”). The input can also be customized with other integrated right angle inputs such as a hypoid gearbox for increase gear reduction
